Mr. Hailey is an experienced public safety information technology & telecommunications professional. On-site at over 100 domestic and international disasters spanning the past 25 years specializing in emergency communications and business continuity. He is considered a "Thought Leader" in the industry by introducing and integrating proven reliable technologies to disaster and emergency response.

Following Hurricane Maria Mr. Hailey responded to Puerto Rico and provided vital disaster technology solutions and services to many international, federal, state, local agencies, and NGOs. He was recently awarded the 2017 Humanitarian award by Mission Critical Magazine as an Industry thought leader for his work in Puerto Rico.

When not in disaster mode Mr. Hailey works as a consultant helping companies and organizations with their business continuity and disaster technology needs. Previous work included responding to the 2010 Haiti Earthquake as part of the United Nations – Emergency Telecom Cluster and was on the ground within the first few days providing vital VSAT satellite and Radio-over-IP communications support to multiple field hospitals for the international response effort.

Prior experience includes working for Cobham SATCOM, Avaya, Inc., and the American Red Cross National Headquarters. While at the Red Cross he responded to six aircraft accidents providing tactical IT, Telecom, and Satellite support to the NTSB, he also managed the IT/Telecom project for the 9/11 Long term recovery site in NYC. Lastly, Mr. Hailey has provided technology support to multiple agencies and organizations in austere environments to include, Lebanon, Jordan, South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, and Somalia to name a few.

Mr. Hailey resides just outside of Washington, DC and volunteers his time as a firefighter in his local community.
