Nicholas specializes in managing high growth/high change environments in the public and private sector. Nicholas has led organizational change and continuity efforts for private companies and not-for-profits, as well as performed market analyses within the telecom, aerospace, and defense sector for established international entities and start-up companies alike in the United States, UK, and Europe. Nicholas also has over a decade of experience in public safety with a focus on providing emergency aid and assistance in remote and austere environments, where he uses his intercultural experience to deliver elegant solutions to complex problems.

During Hurricane Maria in 2017, Nicholas worked in concert with the private sector to address connectivity issues in Puerto Rico, as well as organize and conduct medical wellness checks into remote and heavily affected areas of the island.

During his free time, Nicholas volunteers within his community as a firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician in the Washington DC area, where he holds multiple certifications in rescue specialties and disaster management.
